Spaghetti and Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 250 gr. American Harvest Spaghetti pasta
- 400 gr. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 whipped egg
- 4 diced tomatoes
- 1/3 chopped onion
- 1 big, chopped garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package’s instructions with a pinch of salt, and save some pasta water when draining.
In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. When hot, add half the onion and the garlic clove and sauté. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and save for later.
Prepare the meat with the rest of the onion, season with salt and pepper, and add the basil. Make small balls with your hands and fry them slightly in some oil. Once fried, add the meatballs to the tomato sauce with a cup of pasta water and let them cook completely
Serve the pasta and on top add the sauce and the meatballs.
