Shells Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
- 250 gr. American Harvest Shells pasta
- 1 diced chicken breast
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lettuce washed and disinfected
- Olive oil to taste
- 3 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Product Used

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package’s instructions with a pinch of salt.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and the onion powder.
In a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté the garlic and add the chicken until it turns slightly brown. Then, cook the chicken completely on low heat, stirring constantly.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it and let it cool.
Mix the rest of the oil with the mayonnaise, cream, and vinegar, season to taste, and mix until well combined.
Once the pasta has cooled down, mix with the chicken, and chopped lettuce and add the sauce. Mix again and serve cold.
