Ingredients
- 250 gr. American Harvest Rotini pasta
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1/3 onion
- 1 big garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 Tsp any chili pepper of your preference
- Olive oil if needed
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package’s instructions with a pinch of salt. Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, and the chili. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan. Once it is hot, fry the blended tomato mixture, season to taste, and let boil for 3 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it, add to the pan with the tomato sauce, and mix delicately. You can add oregano to taste if needed.
Tip: If you want the sauce to have more spice, add more chili to the mixture when blending.
